Everything is good, the place was nice, clean, comfort, nice view, the host was very nice and easy to communicate. Have everything, all the facilities complete. The owner also prepare 3 in 1 drink and snack. love :)

A superb location surrounded by many restaurants, cozy, clean, economic homestay that was worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. The first thing I must mention is the owner was very nice and friendly. She helped us a lot especially during check-in by giving detail instructions and responded fast in what we needed. The best things there were many power points to ease our daily needs and they provided many pillows as well. The pool was also fantastic 🤩 There were water filter and cooking equipments too. Overall this place is good and satisfying. I would recommend for others to stay here.

The room equipped with washer, kitchen appliances such as microwave, fridge and kettle so it ease our simple meal prep (noodles and hot drinks). Aside from what's equipped inside the room, the building itself is located near grocers and restaurants. So our heavy meals are covered as well 😀

I like the area very quit and the swimming pool is very clean.have an adult and kids pool highly recommended.

Location of property and facilities available in the homestay

The stay was really worth it, accessible to malls and theme park.

The beds were really comfortable, the tv had a working Netflix (just request account from the owner) Provided kettle, utensils, plates and microwave. The price we got was rm110+ for 1 night, not a bad deal for a whole apartment.

I like I city suites by Bai yi.. best of the best!!

good place to spend time with family , also theme park and mall not that far to go . overall this place was clean .
