The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It is in a fantastic location for easily accessing the main square and other parts of Patan. But the best part of our stay were the hosts. Pabitra and her mother were so helpful and kind. Pabitra works in heritage and when we first arrived she showed us around and explained the different buildings and temples. I was also having some health issues and she went to the local pharmacy and grabbed some supplies for us. There is also a new kitchen upstairs and access to the roof.

Very good property (it's like my 2nd home in ktm) The owner is so polite, decent and very helpful person . Don't missout this property.

We stayed on the third floor, which had a large south-facing window to warm the room during winter. The house is clean and the hosts were receptive to our needs and queries.
