Very good value for money. Serene location and the area had lots of surprises for us. Curio Bay, the museum and cafe are all less than 20 km away.
The kitchen was well equipped, including an electric frypan and portable hotplace, but there was no exhaust, so cooking without the smoke alarm going off was an issue.

The house was lovely and spacious. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also warm which was nice as the strong wind was quite cold down at Curio Bay. Communication ahead of our stay was good and Pip was super helpful in dealing with an extra guest and when we left a small item behind.
We appreciated the milk that Pip left us.

It was tranquil, spacious, great kitchen, great outlook..Favourite time was breakfast on the verandah.
Comfortable rooms, quiet surroundings
we slept well.
We were very happy here.

Amazing location and views provided a great base for exploring all of the Catlins. A reasonable price for this type of motel accommodation in the area.
Well set up for self catering with electric frypan, microwave and hot plate. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean and well presented.
