An outstanding stay in every way. The property is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and perfectly prepared for guests. After a long drive, it felt incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The attention to detail and hospitality made the experience feel premium despite the affordable price. Easily one of the best and most pleasant stays in Nizwa. Highly recommended.

Very cozy and well decorated but spacious enough to accommodate 2 families. The outside area with bbq and pool was perfect for the afternoons and evenings.

We had the place to ourselves with two bedrooms and a private swimming pool. The mini antique museum added charm, and the historical vibe was fantastic. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and a heritage museum made it even better. Prices were worth the stay, and I highly recommend this place.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was extremely cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern touches. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and very inviting. Inside, there were two lovely outdoor seating areas, both thoughtfully designed, plus a charming swing that added a playful touch. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for families or groups—it’s the perfect spot to relax, feel at home, and enjoy exploring Nizwa to the fullest.

Mazin is a great host—always smiling and eager to help. He helped us plan our itinerary for our three-day stay in Nizwa. He also took us on a desert safari, where he cooked a lovely Omani lunch for us, complete with delicious halwa.
