Good maintenance, clean, functional

Very clean brand new spacious villa, neat furniture, AC is everywhere and working well, all amenities in the kitchen available if you like cooking, speedy WiFi. Huge beautiful Landscape for walk lovers, many hotels and villas around and we had free access everywhere. Restaurant “Lobster” just in front of the villa. Rotana resort nearby (5 min walking) with beautiful and large area, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and beach. If you are planning to visit Rotana restaurant and bar, make sure you have the ID of the villa owner to get a discount. Small Grocery supermarket and many restaurants 15 min walking from villa.

For the cheapest price we got all the amenities. Also allowed us to check in before the time . Great host!

Property is value for the price, staff was good and helpfull the location is really good quite side Street and in the same time really near to the city Center.

The place was great, the accommodations overall was neat and clean, with all the necessities available The manager Mr Sultan was extremely friendly and accommodating I asked for an extension of the stay and they were very polite and helpful although I gave them the request in a short notice

The host was responsive and helpful.

I booked my room and nobody answered the call despite called many times. The hotel location is not accurate and ended up in the middle of a road. Please don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to trap or ended up in the middle of the road. I strongly believe most of the positive comments here are made up, not the genuine review.

The building was new and well maintained and the flat was kept in excellent condition but there was no room service and the washrooms were clean and tidy but very small which made bathing a built difficult and the bed sheets were unclean but overall everything was good and we had a comfortable stay.

Very clean, offering all amenities with high hotel-quality standards. Luxurious furniture. The hotel provides a comfortable and elegant stay, ideal for both short and long visits.

Stayed here during khareef. Great value and a great jumping off point for adventure
