The team was exceptional and made the trip amazing. The activities and good vibes are immaculate. You cannot come to Huahine and not stay at ALAROOTS. The beds are comfortable and it's really good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay so much, from the many amenities such as a full kitchen and access to kayaks on the waterfront property to meeting our host Lysbeth! Lysbeth was so friendly, greeted us warmly at the airport and gave us a proper island welcome with flowers. 😊 We also appreciated that she organized our transport and rental car for us and helped us locate additional supplies and services when we needed them. We also enjoyed meeting and spending time with other travelers in the common spaces (kitchen, salon, terrace, beach). There was plenty of water, coffee and beautiful fresh fruit available to us during our stay, as well as a fun bookshelf to browse. The WIFI worked really well. Great location on the bay. We definitely recommend a car or bicycles for this stay, as it is not within walking distance of the main town or airport.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The host was very welcoming, and the property offered a stunning view of the lake. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, although we didn’t use it since our stay was short. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the quiet surroundings, pool and ability to rent a car from the owners. Owners, Alain and Jean-Luc are very friendly and ready to share information on the island. They recommended a lagoon tour company that far exceeded our expectations. There were consistent breezes blowing plus an over the bed fan keeping us cool.

The cottage was nicely situated and had what we needed for our stay. The hostess was quick at responding to messages and proactive. We loved our stay! The 300m to get to the property fron the road is full of land crabs which adds to the fun.

Our hosts were amazing. Everything was great. I loved the large bathroom and the washing machine.

The hosts are so generous and kind. They treated me like family. The food is fantastic. Personally, I brought a folding bike to get around but this is a location where you may want a car or scooter. It is quiet (save for the roosters which are part of all island life). The bungalow is cute and has everything you need. If you ask they will give you a tour of the property with all the amazing food and plants.

The location is the most convenient if you plan to explore Huahine Nui and Iti. It's between the to, not far from the famous Belvedere and you are close to everywhere you want to go. Linda and her husband are the most amazing hosts. Her husband drove me to the hospital when I had a little accident and Linda helped me to find information and alternatives when my flight was cancelled due to airline strikes. They really went beyond and above. I am so glad I met these nice people. The house is great, very clean and you have everything you need.

Had the most amazing stay! Cute house with a beautiful garden and the ocean right in front of it! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy your vacation :)
