The host was just wonderful!!! Helpful, considerate, generous, going out of her way (e.g., to check me in late at night)... The mattress was GORGEOUS!!! There weren't outdoor chairs yet (as outdoors it's still kinda work in progress), but my first full day COMFORTABLE chairs were purchased (NOT some inconveniently silly items!!!) Every appliance, every switch/bulb worked, everything was of good quality (e.g.,Grohe mountings!) I even liked the fact that there were proper mugs!!!

The place is very close to the airport (3 min by car), it was perfect for our 1 night layover stay. Our host was very nice and helped us with the airport transfer late in the evening and very early in the morning. The appartement is very clean and you have everything you need. I recommend this place!

I loved my stay at Casa do tí Marrão. I booked literally in such short notice, and the host was so kind to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was blessed with the most amazing cheese made by the host. Although it was just for one night, it was the perfect place to rest and rid an oncoming migraine. I slept so good and felt at home. The apartment was very clean, quiant, and spacious. It was a nice 20 mins walk to the airport, although I never heard a plane. Very quiet and peaceful location. wish I had more time there. I do hope to stay again if available.
