A private cottage in a small village, which has a restaurant and a grocery place right next to it. The house is very clean and comfortable, first floor has the kitchen, the leaving room and bathroom, and second floor has two bedrooms. The accommodation owner is the nicest, kindest and most generous person you'll meet. Be doesn't speak lots of English, but will do all he can to help and make your stay as lovely as possible.

Funkcionalna, topla i prostrana vikendica. Vlasnici su jako prijatni. Odlicna lokacija, veliko dvoriste i daleko od drugih kuca u komsiluku.

Mima is extremely kind and hospitable and the apartment is furnished with care. The garden is lovely and there are several seating areas, at an outside grill and fountain. She is a veritable tour guide and facilitated our boat trip. She serves homemade treats and gave us rides as well. Wonderful!

Great view of the river, comfortable bed, nice outdoor shower that I used, girlfriend wasn't so keen on it, but the indoor one is nice too. The host was amazing, told us what all we can visit around here and the private beach was a nice touch. We enjoyed our night stay here, and would recommend to others!

Everything was incredible, starting with the lovely granny that runs the place. She was always polite, offering us coffee, homemade honey, and rakija. She is also pleasant to chat with :) The place is located at the very beginning of Perucac, there are stores and restaurants nearby so it's really convenient. Perucac lake, however, is a bit far but if you have a car you can get there in 5-10 minutes. By foot it would be around 20-30 minutes, which is not bad if you want to walk. The place is neat, it has a small kitchen, TV, and a nice balcony you can sit on and relax. All in all, very satisfying stay 👌

The apartment is by the road, extremly easy to find, yet in very peaceful and quiet surrounding. Across the road is river bank, which makes it great place to enjoy nice walk. It is easily accessible for persons in wheelchairs since it is on the ground floor. Furnished nicely and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Morning coffee in a very nice little yard, in peacfull quietness, while the sun is rising, left very strong impression.

Wonderful place to stay. The place itself was lovely, had what we needed to cook, was easy to access the surrounding nature and villages by car. But most outstanding were the hosts. Superbly kind, generous, and helpful. Truly made our trip special.

Lokacija je super, ima prelepo dvoriste sa zivotinjama. Domacini su preljubazni. Pravo mesto za odmor na jezeru i reci, a centar Tare je 15ak minuta voznje od smestaja. Sigurno dolazimo opet.

All well maintened. Clean. Good location. Close to main road but still quite. 5 min to grocery store and pharmacy.

Central location, nice outside area, 2 terraces, 3 bedrooms is amazing! Clean and had everything you need.

The host lady was exceptional and super friendly , excellent place , very good facilities, clean apartment, calming backyard for morning coffee and people around are so polite , friendly and helpful , location between the town and lake percuac , everything is close by , very nice experience
