The hotel itself is very neat, modern, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. But what truly made our visit special was Ibrahim. He is professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with anything we needed. Every request we had was addressed promptly and with a smile. His warm attitude and outstanding service really stood out and made us feel very welcome.
