The property is near with cafe, shops and restaurants. This is very accessible area in the city. The one accommodating me is quiet good and has a costumer service and to those foreigners visiting Hafar al Batin i recommend this place because the one in-charge contacting for your booking will be Mr. Majid and he is excellent in both english and arabic that made my stay comfortable. I Highly recommended the place 🌹

Many things i love in this place, Staffs are very accomodating. Room’s facilities are clean and functional Location is very accessible and near my workplace Price is decent. The room is very clean, sanitized and well maintained. Looking forward to coming back to this place.

I live in Riyadh and I’ve traveled to 38 countries. Honestly, I’ve never found a hotel that offers this level of service except in Bali, Indonesia. The hotel truly surprised me with its service and attention to detail. Breakfast was delivered right to my room, the bill was sent in less than half an hour after checkout, and the room was very clean. There was also an Egyptian staff member during the evening shift he was very kind and pleasant to deal with.
