Self-Catering Accommodations in Dolný Kubín

Close to Ski resort Kubinska (800m). Very nice and clean apartment. Everything was fine and easy to get in via code. You also get your own basement for your ski equipment, which is very much useful. What is also good is a possibility to apply a holiday voucher, as the owner issue you an invoice.

Communication with the host was great, and as soon as we arrived, they came outside to bring the keys and explain a few details about the property. It’s reassuring to have the host living on-site in case we need anything. The location is also excellent - it’s at the end of an impasse, so there’s no traffic and is nice and quiet. The beautiful Orava Castle is just a quick drive up the road, and there’s a Coop grocery store in short walking distance if you need to stock up on any food or drinks. A mini fridge is provided as well.

We stayed as a family with three children. The place is charming and kid-friendly. The bunk bed in the wooden house is amazing and spacious, and our children really loved it. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is nice, and kids eat for free. The restaurant staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the wonderful waitress (whose name we unfortunately forgot) who was on shift during our stay from September 23 to 26.

A nice and cosy little apartment. Kitchen was very well stocked and organized and we cooked a few meals without a problem. Bed was comfortable and storage capacity was also sufficient. Self-checkin process was smooth and without a problem. There was also a large cellar to store the ski equipment and a dedicated parking space.

The property was great location, with views, and parking. Clean, nicely furnished, and bonus washer and dryer on premises.

Spacious a cozy appartment just in city center...4 min to the shopping mall area and 2 to the main part a city facilities Parking just in building area. Spacious and really family warm rooms. All what you need to feel such at home, fully equiped kitchen.I highligt the dish washer.

Everything was perfect, it was really cozy and nice. ☺️

All new, very clean, elevator in the building. Great interior.
