Self-Catering Accommodations in Poponguine

Houssain was very nice. We were very cozy and comfortable in the room. They picked us up very late at the airport and waited for us for breakfast, thank you! and the morning dip at the pool was amazing!

We had a very pleasant stay at this oceanfront villa. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and a lovely swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a rejuvenating getaway. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout is practical, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. The kitchen was functional, and the bedrooms were spacious and well-suited to our group.

The location is convenient both for the airport and for Bandia reserve (although I didn’t go there, it was nearby). There is the option to have dinner and breakfast at the property. The poolside area is charming. The room is large and clean. The host was kind. Photos were accurate. I was overall satisfied with everything and would recommend it to others.

You will get all hell and service you need. Going there is a no brainer, strongly recommended from me

Peaceful oasis close to the Dakar international airport. In a rural area 15 minutes walk from a small fishing village/beach. The owner is amazing and picked me up at the airport around 3 am because of a delayed flight. The room was basically a self contained apartment which was very comfortable. Breakfast was self ordered, made by the owner and delivered to the room terrace at an agreed time. The owner also gave me a great local tour of the beach and village before returning to the airport at 1 pm for my onward flight.
