Self-Catering Accommodations in Suchitoto

If I could give a thousand stars, I would!!! I will never stay anywhere else and it’s a miracle and a blessing I found this place. I had another booking through booking.com, arrived and they said cash only when it’s in BOLD letters in the email that they do NOT accept cash. Basically, I had to look for another place and found El Mangal B&B and I’m so happy I did! The host was willing to let me buy an Amazon purchase to stay at his place since I had no cash and originally and wasn’t going to be able to get any. He is an angel! It’s like the heavens opened up and delivered me to his Bed & Breakfast! First off, this place is incredible! Private parking, A/C, HUGE room and bathroom, reclining couch, refrigerator, tons of space in bathroom to put things (important to a women), flat screen tv, lots of space for putting clothing. They stock the fridge with drinks you can buy and that was super convenient. The bed is AMAZING and better than Marriott’s beds, no joke! I’m a horrible sleeper and while I was there 3 nights (I extended my stay it was so great) Ingot better sleep than I have in 20 years! And breakfast is included and so big that I didn’t eat another meal for the rest of the day or night because they serve you so much food! Breakfast was different each day and the best meals I’ve had in El Salvador, to be sure! Super lovely and humble and exceptionally nice couple. They both have hearts of gold! I wish I lived near just so I could be friends with them! Their place is a short walk to the historic center and also close to so many things that are probably on your list to see while you’re there. It’s perfect! Please do yourself a favor and book with them. You will be so happy you did!!!

Such friendly hosts who really make you feel welcome. Stunning views, a great breakfast, hammock, and a quick walk to the centre of town.

The host who manages the rental was so sweet and nice and helpful! The room was huge with a great kitchen and the bathroom shower rocked! Air conditioning worked like a dream (hace color in Suchitoto ahora) and a really big screen TV. The room was super quiet, beds really comfortable. Very clean.
