Self-Catering Accommodations in Fethiye

Dephne Residence is simply amazing. The beach is steps away, facilities are awesome and the Alia Cafe is delicious. We rented 5 two-bedroom apartments for 22 people and it fit us just right. Each apartment comfortably fits a full family with kids or ~4 adults. The Apartments are clean, nice, well maintained and very comfortable. The reception staff is also very helpful in organizing every activity or tour you can imagine - and at a great price point! But best of all is Alia Restaurant - the food, beverages and deserts were delicious, and the price is very good.

We had a beautiful villa that was close to the beach and the pool. It was well kept nicely decorated and has everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was very convenient and the room itself was perfect. We really appreciated the hospitality of the owners who were so generous and welcoming. For this reason, we would come here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect location in Calis Beach with wonderful pools and beach fronts with so many exciting water activities such as paragliding and speedboat etc. very well designed property with full of natural light and ergonomics. thank you for a great stay. The small restaurant has really good food but can be a little expensive.

The location was great as it was within walking distance to the sea, and the rock cliff tombs. Yet, the street was quiet and always had parking space. There were many good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was clean. We appreciated the kitchen and clothes washer and used the both frequently.

Gizz suites was so clean and well- decorated. Big enogh and it has everything for a comfortable stay. Mrs.Feruzan was really responsiblle and informed us before arrival with details. Sheets were very clean which i didn’t need use mine. Toilets and bathes were clean too. Clean beds and bathes and kitchen means complete comfort and Gizz was like that.

The owners are kind and helpful people. Being there feels like home.

We were arriving late at night, well after midnight; the owner made sure that the staff waits for us. We were offered to check the rooms first and choose from couple of options (it was still a low season at the end of April). It was not just a room, but a small flat with a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. We liked the design of our little flat, it looked like a classic Turkish apartment and allowed us feeling not like at a guesthouse, but like at home. The kitchen had all we needed and we could prepare food easily. The bedsheets and towels were all clean. There was also an air conditioner. We even had our own balcony overlooking a beautiful garden with a variety of plants and flowers which were very well looked after. We could also park our car on the site for free. The seaside was close by, some 5 min walk away (although I think the swimming beach is slightly further); caffes, restaurants and grocery shops were also nearby. The owner was very warm and communicative; it seems that the whole family is engaged in running the guest house and making sure guests feel comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean, walking distance from the beach and supermarket close by. It looks exactly as on the pictures - no bad surprises.

We liked everything: stylish apartment with absolutely all for comfortable stay. We stayed with family so we cooked and also with kids especially important tool- washing mashine. Great host also !

Great value for staying even long or short term. Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private pool is amazing choice for the family. We were in December, but it was pretty nice.

Quiet location, comfortable bed. Washer in my one bedroom unit—not sure about others. WiFi worked great. Newer facilities. Great air-conditioning. Rental car business just a 3 minute walk from hotel.

Amazing. The property first. Sunset beach is so perfect especially with kids. There are multiple pools, a little park, restaurant, store. It’s beach front. Safe clean. It’s great. The bus passes right in front and there’s a taxi stand so easy to get to çaliş or downtown. The customer service - Semih is awesome. He is right here on site in the Lebrentals office. He helped us with everything from extra blankets to where to get water. He is who you want to talk to to get the best villa too. ;) The condos- we have stayed here 3 times in 3 different villas. 2,3 and 4 bedroom. They are all amazing. We will stay here again and again
