The breakfast was amazing, even better than we expected! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s a bit far from the city, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We were able to rest, unwind, and truly enjoy our holiday.

The villa was absolutely wonderful - from its perfect location to the beautifully designed interiors. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Mrs. Nazlı. A special thanks as well to Mr. Hüseyin and Özgür, who were always on hand to help with anything we needed, from transport to day-to-day planning around Bodrum. Their hospitality made our stay seamless and memorable.

A good location, big rooms, recommended

Ahmet Bey was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even met us at a nearby spot to make sure we found the apartment easily. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. We especially loved the stunning view and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The stay was clean and quite and the owners were very good people

This is my second time booking this villa, and it’s my favorite spot perfect for families. It’s incredibly clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea. The location is ideal, being close to the marina and various attractions. Ahmed’s exceptional hospitality truly stood out; he is always friendly, accommodating, and goes out of his way to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. His warm welcome and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. I appreciate his dedication and helpful nature. I’ll definitely book this villa again the next time I’m in Bodrum. The view was amazing and the place was clean.

This is the most amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it. We stayed here for over a week and it was the most wonderful trip. Here are some highlights: 1. The host (Koksal) is a wonderful human. This is his family business and he goes above and beyond to assist you with everything. He is very responsive and helpful. 2. The location is really great. Only 3min walk to the bus station, 5min walk to taxi station, 2min walk to bakeries for warm bread and pastry, 5min walk to two large supermarkets (that sell grocery and everything you’ll need), 10min walk to pharmacy or the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. 3. The property was built just a couple of years ago and everything is very clean (sheets, beds, towels, etc). The pool is quite large and also really clean. There are plenty of pots and pans, glasses, plates, and utensils to serve food to even 10 people. Each room has its own AC and full bathroom. Thank you Koksal for hosting us and being so kind. We hope to come back and stay here again :)

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the villa. From the moment we made the reservation, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered all the comfort with a smart house system and privacy we were looking for. The garden and pool which were private to our own use was an amazing level of comfort. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A very special thanks to Ms. Mehin, who was really outstanding in every aspect. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and extremely polite. Her 1 to 1 care made the entire process from check-in to check-out seamless and stress-free. She genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her support and coordination, our stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. We are looking forward to have the same again !!
