I booked the hotel for my mother, and her friend. The lady in the reception, Zubeyde, was so helpful, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. It was my mother's first trip without me, since I was abroad, she had to handle everything by herself. She was never alone and truly felt like friends with Zubeyde by the end of our trip.
