Beautiful views across the property as soon as you walk in, very spacious and modern apartments, especially those with a private pool, absolutely amazing! Private enough to feel you are in a secluded getaway yet only a 10 min drive to bustling Yalikavak! Wonderful breakfast too with a beautiful view! The staff are great, a special shout out to Neda from guest services who made us feel so welcome with her friendly and helpful manner! We will definitely be back again!

The location, beach access to an amazing beach club, the villa was so beautiful and Kristine who have been with us since the beggar of the stay made the stay even more memorable for us! She helped us with reservations and she facilitated every aspect of our stay. I can only say that I lucked out picking this hotel’

The breakfast was amazing, even better than we expected! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s a bit far from the city, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We were able to rest, unwind, and truly enjoy our holiday.

Amazing place for peace of mind vacation Villa was nice clean and wide with 3 bed rooms, fully air conditioned with private beach access. Also all kitchen tools which you may need is included.

It was clean and calm. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Upon check-in, Selim and his daughter gave us a tour of the house and offered coffee and beverages. Our travel plans got delayed due to rental car issues, and they were gracious and accommodating with the time change. The home is beautiful, very clean, and walking distance to much of Yalikiavac. There is a grocery 5 minutes walk. The beach and many restaurants are about 10-15 minutes walking. There were four adults for this trip and we had more than enough room. The yard is beautiful, and we love the view from the living room with greenery all around. The A/C was a rockstar! We were there on some very hot days, and coming home to a cool house was incredibly nice. For a larger group of people, this home is priced exceptionally. Selim was a wonderful host! He made sure we knew he would be available if we ever needed him. He also had water available for us at the house, which was greatly appreciated! There are some outdoor cats that we helped to feed/water, and it was fun to be greeted by them whenever we returned home. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Yalikiavac. The villa is amazing. Spotless clean. It’s much nicer than the pictures. The beds are super comfortable. The swimming pool is stunning on a beautiful view of the sea. The host made us feel like it’s our home, there were lots of stuff in the fridge and drinks prepared for us. All kinds of coffee and tea. Filter coffee and Turkish coffee machines and kettle. The AC was perfect. It’s super luxurious place. The host offered us unlimited help, ordered food for us when we couldn’t do it from our phone.
