Adrianna and Carlos were amazing hosts. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with everything from finding activities and transport to recommending great places to eat around Zanzibar.

The property is amazing just in front of the beach with a private beach. We love everything … We had every morning delicious breakfast made by Chef Combo The view … the stuff was so nice and helpful. The pool also was perfect surrounded by palms trees. The place was very safe with security 24 /7 We never felt unsafe in this beautiful beach We totally recommend this apartment Is worth every penny. We want to go back soon .

The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

Lulu had a fantastic pool, very comfortable bed. The location was one block off the beach and very close to restaurants. Good wifi, friendly staff, great air conditioning and great hot water.

The house is right on the beach - just a few feet to the water. Three bedrooms with ceiling fans and AC and 3 bathrooms with lots of hot water. Second floor bedroom has covered balcony with beautiful views of the beach and Indian Ocean. Lots of outdoor space for dining, drinking, sunbathing and shady couch for naps. Outdoor shower to rinse after a swim or walk and a washing machine. A private chef prepares a huge breakfast each morning and can also prepare lunch and dinner for an added fee. Housekeeping every day and change of sheets and towels the 3rd day. Lots of restaurants, bars, snacks and shops up and down the beach. Rent a jet ski, go kite surfing or hire a dhow or outrigger for snorkeling on the reef. Low tide you can walk out to the sand bar or swim there at high tide. WiFi works great and the host was always available for special requests, suggestions or questions. A truly peaceful oasis. Loved everything about it.

I enjoyed the place and the friendliness of the host and the personnes. Great breakfast, always very nice and a big smile to start the day. The host is dedicated and makes sure we always get what we need. Beautiful place, close to the beach and to some shops and facilities. I will surely go back to this place

For a family, it was perfect: a large, airy apartment where everyone had their own space, without any feeling of crowding or rush. The complex itself is small, intimate, and wonderfully quiet — the kind of place where mornings start slowly and evenings end with the sound of the ocean. The pool is fantastic, right by the ocean, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, day after day. Everything is cared for with great attention and respect for both guests and the space itself. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and varied enough to be a real pleasure every single morning. But what truly makes the difference are the people. The staff is absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, present without ever being intrusive. And Fakih was simply exceptional: always available, always smiling, ready to help with directions, recommendations, or anything we needed. A person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease from the very first moment. A beautiful and unexpected bonus: we met families with children from Pakistan, England, Portugal, and India — an amazing experience for the kids, who had the chance to socialize, play, and naturally discover other cultures. The fact that the property is located in a quieter area was, for us, the true delight of the vacation. No crowds, no unnecessary noise — just quality time, calm, ocean views, and a deep sense of peace. It is the kind of place you leave with gratitude… and a clear desire to return. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to families looking not just for accommodation, but for a true state of well-being. 🌊🤍
