Self-Catering Accommodations in Fort Lauderdale

The view of the Intercoastal and the bridge from our balcony, sitting downstairs along the Intercoastal. Easy access to shopping mall, grocery store, specialized shops and the beach all with 1/2 mile.

It is our second time to stay at Lago Mar. We liked everything about. Very clean, big rooms. Nice stuff. Definately come back

Beautifully appointed room. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rochelle at the reception. She really made our stay very special with beautiful room overlooking the beach on 23rd floor. Will stay here again and cannot wait to return to Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The hotel was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. It was 5 minutes walk from Revolution Live.

HOUSEKEEPING!!! From the moment that you walked into the entry way to that leads to your rooms door you just smell the smell of cleanliness!! The rooms are so clean and the bedding is so clean. I have stayed at 5 star resorts that I have not felt this clean. BRAVO to the housekeeping staff that were on duty while we were there and to whoever did room 4106 (i think that was our room number). I left a note but I was there to help my elderly mother deep clean her hoarder style apartment and walking into a room with a freshly made bed (and the last day even did flower towels on my bed) and the clean smell actually made me cry one day after I had been cleaning for 9 hours. The hotel is just perfect. What a great find. It has parking for $10 a day, a small pool and hot tub. It is just a block from the beach. There are numerous places along the beach to enjoy a meal. The lobby has towels to use for the pool area and the beach. The hotel has several other hotels in the area and you have access to them so you can use the gym/pools at them as well. The gym is at 2 other properties. If I have to come back I will 100% check availability here first.

It was in a convenient location, walking distance from a breakfast cafe and a roof top bar with a nice Italian restaurant. The office was also great with communication and lovely to chat with.

I love this place! It's pretty spacious, the bed is really comfy and the kitchen + equipment was more than needed. Plus free parking included, very close to the beach and nice view. Staff was lovely too!

The customer service was beyond satisfactory. Easy to connect with and so very helpful and informative. Thanks again.

Having previously lived in Fort Lauderdale, I was skeptical, as most hotels in the area, including virtually all the name-brand ones, are substandard. However, my stay at Barley House far exceeded my expectations. The newly remodeled rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was much better than what you typically find in a hotel, and the staff were very friendly. Further, the pool is quite large, and the cabana area is relaxing. I travel to Fort Lauderdale frequently, and Barley House will now be my number 1 choice of hotels.

The beds were the most amazing beds we ever slept on! Easily slept 9-10 hours each night. Plenty of Parking. I liked having a full Mexican restaurant and a Cafe right down stairs. I even used the UPS store and spent 1 night at Josie's Too next door (looks like a dive bar but is not on the inside). Even the food stand on the corner was great. And the location right along the main road was very convenient.

The Room was fully remodeled and clean new mattresses comfortable stay and quiet n peaceful. This was a amazing place

The area is close to almost everything in car distance and airport.

The place is great location closed to restaurants and shops and just 10-15 walk from Fort Lauderdale by the sea .The only things is the accessibility going to Miami or Fort Lauderdale need Uber as the bus is every 30 minutes going to Fort Lauderdale but going to Miami need Uber.

The staff was very friendly, and the environment felt safe and comfortable.

Location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the host, Michael, was very helpful.
