Very clean, Neely renovated room, across the street to the beach.

The location was great, it had a coffee pot, which wasn't there when we arrived, but they got us a brand new one, they answered all texts promptly.

We love the convenience of the Nautical’s location. We’ve stayed there multiple times and are always pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and ease of checking in/checking out.

We have stayed here several times and love the condos. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, onsite parking, and easy to check-in. Friendly owners. It is also far enough away from the ‘action’ south of the property so noise is less of an issue. Beach right across the street.

There’s nothing I didn’t like- it was the perfect location, steps from the beach while being close enough to visit the traditional Hampton boardwalk but far enough to avoid the crowds, great amount of space, TREMENDOUS value, I will be returning for sure.

It is a beautiful apartment, clean, tasteful and the convenience of parking and the beach are great.

Loved the pool, the room was clean and I didn’t hear a peep from others staying in the other studios.

That the management was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Such a cute and quaint little apartment! Loved how close it was to the beach; it was just a short walking distance. Super clean and cozy! Host was super friendly and communicative. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The property was great! It was centrally located and easy to park. The check in/ out process was seamless. The hosts were amazing, answered all questions and were able to accommodate our group.

We were a group of 7 friends traveling from South Dakota to go leaf peeping but we also wanted to visit the beach. Great location because we were within walkable distance from the beach and centrally located to everything. We went to the grocery store and cooked for ourselves for a couple of meals and then we ate out for the rest. There were two garage spaces for parking and plenty of room in the driveway for parking our huge vehicle. The home was on a very quiet cul de sac off the quiet road in front of the home. We could see the waves breaking onto the highway to the north from the dining room window. There was tons of beach things in the garage for guests to use. We played Scrabble and Spoons at the large dining room table and drank wine laughing until late at night! We enjoyed our stay at this home.
