Everything is perfect. Excellent option for family trip.

The villa is in a very well manicured gated community, directly on the beach. So good security and grounds maintenance. The hosts (Thien and Tina) were super helpful with all requests and provided daily cleaning that was fast and thorough. We even left an item which they shipped to us in HCMC immediately. Overall a beautiful property with a breath-taking view to wake up to each morning. It felt like a private beach, especially during the week.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Bali Villa Ho Tram – a perfect escape from the busy city to spend quality time together. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a relaxing tropical vibe. The estate private pool was the highlight, and we also enjoyed the nearby Tropicana Water Park. The host was exceptionally responsive via the Booking.com chat, even though I didn’t have a Vietnamese number, which made our stay much easier. The staff were also very kind and told us not to hesitate to ask for help next time, such as buying seafood for BBQ. We loved the traditional wood charcoal BBQ setup that made the food extra delicious, and the karaoke system was great fun for the family. The villa is in a peaceful area, yet grocery shops were only a few minutes away by electric car. It was also quite interesting to see the building styles in the complex – they looked almost like something from Disneyland or a movie studio!

Great communication with the staff. They very quickly replied through the booking platform and Zalo before and during our stay. The beach house (villa) is located in a kind of gated community adjacent to the Wonderland Museum (theme park). Our villa (D22) was very clean and spacious: 2 levels, 3 bedrooms. When we checked in, Mrs Thuy was there to greet us and show us around. She was super nice and we communicated with translator apps on our phones. D22 is located just across the small road from the Mad Hatter cafe and pool, which is directly on the beach. You can walk on the beach. To the west is Wonderland and another resort Dhawa (breakfast buffet ok but pricey: 500k per person). To the east is the pier with a couple of restaurants. Otherwise you need to grab a taxi to get around. About 10 minutes to the east is Ho Tram, which is relatively small and ready for tourists. Good seafood and juice stands. For more variety and local flavor go about 25 minutes to the west to the bustling "fishing village" of Phước Hải. In many ways the villa was like a hotel: clean and convenient. * towels, robes, and bedding that were soft and plentiful * modern fixtures, with great water pressure and hot water * disposable toiletries - toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, etc. * large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash (Dove) * house shoes * air conditioners for each room, as well as fans * dining table * tvs in every room * free passes to wonderland The villa was also very homey and stocked for our extended stay. ** full kitchen (tons of dishes and cooking ware, even rice and a rice cooker, cooking oil and basic sauces, air fryer) ** washer/dryer with detergent ** a fenced yard with patio furniture (lounge chairs, picnic table, umbrellas) ** inflatable pool toys, goggles, yoga mat ** two bicycles

The villa and bedrooms are stylishly designed, immaculate, and fully equipped. Although we only booked one room, we had access to the shared living room, kitchen, and garden, which made our stay even more comfortable. The owner and housekeeper were extremely welcoming and supportive throughout. The price offers excellent value for the quality provided. The resort is new, peaceful, and beautifully laid out, with a great pool and a stunning beach. We will gladly come back and highly recommend it for family holidays or company getaways!

The interior of the house was lovely, the owner must have put in lots of attention to every little details. It was quite a nice and comfortable stay.
