Greg and Pen were very welcoming and a delight to talk to, both before our arrival and during our stay! Their Cottage is very cute, spacious, and fully furnished! On our first night's arrival, Pen cooked us a traditional South African dinner. A home cooked meal after our 14 hour flight from the United States was a real treat! She also cooked us breakfast when we desired. Breakfasts and dinners are an option, but a very welcomed option. The neighborhood feels completely safe to take short walks.

EMPEROR LODGE AND TOURS is a recently renovated guest house in Germiston where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden, and bar.

The host Liz was very visible and on hand to help. Gorgeous landscaping and use of pool. Great amenities, 2 queen beds, sofa, seating area, full use of functioning kitchen, TV and great WiFi. Very safe and secure. Access/ use of garage for the car if needed. Clean bedding and towels. Some soap.
