We were told (when I contacted the host about the check in time) on the day we were supposed to arrive that the accommodation was double booked so the lady we dealt with arranged for us to stay elsewhere - which was not pleasant at all. There was no wi-fi, the TV did not work and there was very minimal bedding - one pillow and not even a duvet - and it is winter! We booked months ago - why was it not piicked up that there was a double booking sooner?
