Ricardo was a great host and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Cool view, right in front of Huaca Pucllana. Close enough to Parque Kennedy with its nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away that we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The best stay in the whole of South America! We cannot recommend Sarah’s place highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, the room was spacious, clean and cosy. It is excellently located on a quiet neighbourhood, close to San Blas.
Sarah is an incredible host, she goes out of her way in every aspect to make you feel comfortable, answer questions and cares so much about each and every guest. This place feels like a home rather than a hostel.
Thank you so much

My husband and I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony for just one night (unfortunately!). From the start, the owners were communicative before we arrived and were incredibly kind.
We were to originally to arrive on 02 November 2025 at around 12:30am for a 2-night stay, and they were so lovely to confirm they would wait up for us. Unfortunately, our flight from Lima to Cusco was cancelled, and I was able to message the hotel with updates. They were sweet enough to stay up for us, then agree to meet us for our new arrival time, and then offered to waive the night's stay.
We arrived on 02 November at around 7:30am, then left early on the morning of 03 November—a very short stay.
The room itself has a living area with a sink and a 2-person dining table when you walk in. To the right is a very large bedroom with an adorable balcony looking over the road. To the left was a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the owners and their daughter are lovely and sweet. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to Arco de Santa Clara, which is not far considering the price!
Sadly, we left too early to experience the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again.
Thank you Juan!

The apartment was very comfortable for 3 of us. The hostess, Milagros, was the most kind and welcoming!!! There were two separate rooms with two twin beds in each, the living area and the kitchenette. Everything was extremely clean and pretty. Even though there was no heating in the building, but the beds had multiple blankets and comforters, so the sleep was really pleasant. The property is located in the historic center, only 10 min walk from the central square where the main attractions happen. The breakfast included eggs, bread, butter, jam, fruits, fresh-squeezed orange juice and coffee & tea. There is a little a fridge and a microwave, there are many convenience stores within 1-3 minutes from the building.
