It was just short stay, We needed to place to sleep before next day job in Vienna, so we did not have time to enjoy garden and nice kitchen. We appreciate possibility to arrive really late (around midnight) and depart really soon (5 AM). Beds were comfy and clean, and surrounding and the street were absolutely quiet. Price is very fair, for space you get. I can imagine to spend here longer time as a base for family trips around Vienna.
