New apartment. Very well equiped. Parking infront of the building. Located in the city center and close to the port. We spend one evening there during our trip with car to Skiathos. It was important for us to be close to the port because ferry for Skiathos departure very early. It is great for this purpose but it is more than excellent for staying in Volos more days. Great value. Thanks!

The owner very nice. Place was wonderful and even had toys and games for my grandson who was 5. Hospitality arrival gift. Locked the key in room owner had to come back. Full size fridge.

I needed a room for a quick overnight to catch an early morning ferry and chose this one for the price, location to the port, and reviews of "most comfortable bed in the world.". From the moment I arrived, Konstantinos and the cleaning staff on site were beyond wonderful. My bags were carried up the stairs for me, a room was prepared and available early, and water and coffee were provided. The room was spotlessly clean and I was able to indulge in a hot shower and an afternoon nap which immediately reenergized me and allowed me to spend a few hours with local friends. The room was equipped with basic tools for cooking, plus a fridge. I didn't utilize this, but felt with a longer stay it would be easy and comfortable to make basic meals in the room. The bed, was in fact, extremely comfortable. The room was quiet and dark for an amazing night of sleep. The location was very convenient, with a bank close, the gyro shop next door was top notch, my friends found it easily, and it was a quick, less than 10 minute walk to catch the ferry in the morning. I will definitely stay here again when needed!
