If I could rate this place higher, I would. Not only is the place very nice and the facilities excellent, the thing that stands out are the people. The owner, his family and the people that work there are all genuine, thoughtful and kind. They were so friendly and helpful. The treated us like people, with respect, rather than tourists just to make money off. I would very gladly stay there again.

I aimed to find a comfortable place for living with good internet, a kitchen and not too far from Panaji. The apartment has all these features) I know that in many cases, especially in India, the apartment doesn't meet photos. In the case of Casa Quina, it's not true) It meets.

It's quite fresh property and stay, Super spacious like 1 bhk apartment ,well lit so many led lights in living area effective and comfortable AC, Special mention for wooden bar chairs they are like sofa even being bar chair they are super comfortable.

Shruti the manager answered ever question I had before arrival. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late in the evening, the security guard met us and showed us to our room, Shruti even messaged to make sure we arrived okay and to check if we needed anything. In the morning we meet Vignesh the care taker, everyday he would check in to make sure everything was okay. A delicious Indian breakfast was served to the room each morning. The property is better than it looks in the photos, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful gardens. A very short stroll to a quiet beach with a shacks along the beach to rest at all day. We absolutely loved our stay in your accomodation.

I will preface this review by saying I am a Canadian and like to sleep at a nice cool 19 degrees at night. This hostel has AC in the rooms but I visited during April when it was quite hot and the AC unit just wasn’t getting the room cool enough for me. I’d say maybe 25+ degrees at night. The manager tried to find some solutions for me but other rooms had the same issue. I checked out early and they were very helpful, and returned my money. For that I’ll give them a positive review. If you’re not as fussy as me about a sleeping in a cool room then you’ll be perfectly fine here.

lavino the host is very nice , accommodating, and responds immediately over whats up all throughout the stay. property is super clean. perfect location. 8 to 10 mins walk to the beach. all essential day to day provisions a few steps away.
