1. Beautifully designed and an aesthetically designed place. Very new and the facilities are shiny. 2. Quiet and private. 3. Great rooms! Spacious, cozy and the bathroom is huge. 4. The in room amenities are great! Didn't expect to see such stuff. 5. Location - a minute's walk from both the Intercity and the express bus terminal. The bus from Gyeongju KTX station (No 50 & 51) will drop you right across the road from the hostel. Also there are multiple options of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Such a beautiful place and lovely & kind host. Very personal. The place is beautiful and sparkling clean. The location is spot on. Close to the attractions and market, walking distance if you want to. Far enough from the crowds and traffic. It's so peaceful here. Not far from the homestay, there's a great hanok style cafe facing the tomb. Strongly recommended.

Phenomenal location and beautiful home. The owner was incredibly friendly and helped with the check in process. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Beds were traditional and not western, which we knew before hand but were still comfortable
