Excellent place for vacation.
It is located just near the Zabljak: 5 mins by car to shops and other facilities, 10 mins to the National Park, Enigma restaurant in 7 mins walk.
There is a backyard to play with children and your pets.
Large parking place for 3+ cars.
House is large and clean. There are 3 separate bedrooms on the second floor: 1+1, 1+1, and a twin bed.
The large bathroom, living room and kitchen are on the first floor.
There are all kind of kitchenware.
You can feel this place is made for living, not just for profit..

It is a great, comfy and cozy house. Located mere 2 km from town center, this gem of a house is a haven after travelling and excursions. Comfy beds, spotless and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. But the best feature is the owners. Janko and Gina are so welcoming, warm and friendly. They made our short visit very memorable, offered us drinks, homemade (Gina baked) pastries and their wonderful company. We are dreaming of coming back.

Great accommodation in Žabljak in quiet part of the town and walking distance to the town centre. The apartment has full equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfy bedroom and living room. The owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We liked the typical mountain house type and the yard where the kids could play with 5 little puppies that welcomed us upon our arrival. We had free WIFI and basic stuff in the kitchen, clean towels and sheets. The host was nice and even though we didn't meet upon arrival, she left us the keys and we agreed to meet the next morning. What we loved the most was the starry skies while sitting outside and the view of the mountains. We stayed there for just one night during the summer, but a winter stay would probably be a full experience.

Pretty, quiet location in a small valley and with a small lake; set amongst grassy meadows full of butterflies. A couple of restaurants are now within close walking distance, which could be useful. Well equipped house and reasonably well equipped kitchen, though someone had left a full, slightly mouldy coffee filter in the machine.

Nice small house with all necessary in the kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly hosts and their pets, Hosts even brought us local cakes. There were fruits, sweets and all kinds of seasonings in the apartament. Very nice:) Location is good, out of Zhabljak town, but pretty close still, on the walking distance to Savin Kuk cable cars line and Black Lake.
