The classiest hotel I've stayed in! If you're looking for tranquility and luxury, this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean! You'll be constantly spoilt by the friendliest, most respectful, and polite multilingual staff I've ever encountered.There are many things to say, but they are not enough to express my appreciation as I had a truly high-class experience! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the heart of the center and in close proximity to the mountains. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
The building exudes comfort, with well-appointed rooms.
Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bansko was fantastic.
