Sheraton Hotels in New Delhi

The staff is always super hospitable. Rajendra and Krishan at the concierge desk have always been very hospitable and professional. Tarun at the reception and Vijay from housekeeping have also helped us throughout! The entire staff has been exceptional. Sheratons services are commendable. Will definitely visit this property again.

The operation manager was willing to listen to my condolences. The next day the situation got a bit better. My review is based on my experience for this time . But I am willing to give Sheraton new Delhi another chance. Because I saw there were some improvements after I put my condolences to the operation manager.

Truely a 5* hotel. Excellent service, staff extremely friendly and provided service above expectation. Room was comfortable as expected from a sheraton badged hotel. We had been upgraded for free happy hour, which was a bonus during our stay.

Sheraton saket is my regular place for staying and that’s because of the familiar and very efficient staff, I can’t say that for the people at the reception folks but right from the door man to concierge to Th bell boy to the people serving you at the breakfast place or Satish at the coffee shop ,they just make your stay wonderful. I wish they could pass on some tips to their colleagues at the reception
