Staff and service is exceptional. Mr. Nilesh at the reception was very polite and helpful. He provided us early check in for my senior citizen parents and helped us with all our queries and requests through out our stay. Breakfast and Dinner had a wide variety and the food was amazing. Restaurant staff and managers were very welcoming and made sure we are comfortable and enjoying our meals. Kudos to the whole team to make our trip very comfortable and enjoyable.

Swimming pool on the roof top is simply fantastic. Restaurant serves delicious local specialities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient - right next to metro and railway station.
