Breakfast and Dinner were great, very nice staff that was really helpful to address all our needs, especial thanks to the afternoon receptionist. She helped a lot in every aspect! Thank you guys!

Close location to Canillo without being in the loud hub. Quiet little street. Easy parking.

The room was excellent, very old-world, spacious, with big bath-tub, real glasses and cups, a plate of fruit, etc. The view is superb. It's walking distance from the gondola. It has comfortable sitting areas, ski storage, spa, restaurant, coffee bar - real hotel!

Located close to the lifts. A few supermarkets in the area. Easy and flexible because of the available parking and the door codes. For the price this was all very good. The place is not premium, but perfect for it's price range.

The accommodation was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is well located in the town and convenient for all a visitors requirements.

Perfect location - very close to the gondola station. Bus station is near the hotel. Carrefour - 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean, nice spacious room, well equipped with everything. Free ski lockers proivided. Free WiFi is good. It says 2 star hotel, just because there's no parking there. But it's a strong 3-star hotel, absolutely!

Excellent property. You can walk down to the bus for Pont Tibeta and Mirador del Roc (However, for most things you would probably still want to drive.) Property is outside of town, so it's quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. Blinds on the windows can completely black out the light, unlike most curtains which you can typically see a halo of light around them. Nice kitchen facilities if you want to save money eating out, and only about 15 minutes from the capital city.

Finding the keys was easy, but finding the garage was somewhat difficult because it was by the back vs. front door and in another building. I had to call to find it. The person I spoke with was helpful.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well furnished. There are restaurants and other hotels in the area, but it is not at walking distance of the lifts. There is an elevator to go in and out of the parking area. The car park was a plus, although a little tight. The overall stay was really good.

We generally love the country and Canillo is our top destination. This property is walking distance to everything and private parking what stood out the most for us. There was a nice outside area, although no views, but we were discovering the whole country anyway, going to different areas every day. Canillo is fantastic, great places to go to with teenage children, like Palau de Gel for rainy afternoons. Pont Tibetá and Roc del Quer is accessible by tour bus, in the summer goes every 20 minutes. To visit the drawbridge you can only take the bus, since there is no parking. But bus is fabulous. We bought our tickets at the local Tourist Office. Use sunscreen in the summer, ... yes, you cen get a sunburn at 1800 meter.... :)

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Andorra to ski, and I’ve always had a great experience. This past weekend, I came for a solo trip and unfortunately had an accident while skiing that forced me to stop and return to the hotel early. Agustina at the front desk and Gabriela from housekeeping were absolutely incredible—so thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a stressful moment. They helped me contact the ski rental shop to retrieve my boots and return my equipment, brought me ice for my leg, helped me pack, and even carried my luggage downstairs, among many other kind gestures. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located near public transport (the Funibus), as well as shops and restaurants. The staff truly make this place special—they are welcoming, attentive, and a real pleasure to interact with. And the included breakfast is a lifesaver! A huge thank you to Agustina and Gabriela—you both went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a raise! 💸
