I have stayed here for the last 3 mountain biking seasons, breakfast has a lot of options and is very tasty.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent - a good buffet plus freshly prepared dishes from a menu, and the lady working there was very friendly and attentive. We also loved sitting outside on the shaded terrace, enjoying our breakfast surrounded by the mountain scenery - it was a great start to the day. The hotel offers great value. My room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the location is perfect — just a 3‑minute walk to Captain Hook Water Park, with free entry thanks to the Joker Card. The big parking lot was another plus.

Location and the nature around are incredible. Hosts were super nice, they unformed us that they had availability and offered us free room upgrade in one of their new and biggest apartments (huge thank you). The apartment was super comfortable, spaciois and sparkling clean. The breakfast and especially the home cooked dinner also deserves all the praise. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, we would definitely come back and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

Incredible location- could not be more central to all ski lifts, restaurants and supermarkets. You are located on the main strip! The hotel was immaculately clean, great breakfast and a wonderful spa with 3 different types of sauna to use post ski. Very comfortable room, beds and great bathrooms.

Excellent value for money, parking space, secure bicycle storage, proximity to shops, cafés and restaurants, no traffic noise. The little apartment is tidy, clean and practical, with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. The host is outstanding — he helped us with the Joker card app, which we hadn't heard of but turned out to be more than useful, and he informed us about everything we wanted to know.

The location was great with an amazing views from the rooftop pool. The room was very modern and clean and the breakfast was enjoyable! The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful. We would definitely come back in the future!

The entire area was Beautiful up on top of the Seidlalm, good walking and the views were Amazing. One has to be ready for some high hills while enjoying the entire Alm. Collecting the Wild Blueberrys was quite nice, walking through the Seidlalm and pick fresh fruits on your walk 👍🏽 The hotel was great and staff was great as well, very Friendly, Figo the hotel manager was amazingly friendly 👍🏽💙 We will probably go there again sometime. The drive to the Seidlalm was quite an adventure with all the serpentine curves and the views were Awesome.

The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

The location is perfect - right on the mountain, a minute away from the lift. The included dinner was really cool and breakfasts were excellent

The property is bio organic theme property and it’s truly is from the floor and bed in your room to the very little snack in the afternoon. Morning breakfast it’s a performance you can have veggies fruits local produce, fresh squeezed juices minerals and vitamines offered by hotel, yogurt, cheeses, eggs prepared per order, smoked salmons and other goodies that you can’t even imagine. Dinner is a three course dinner with excellent presentation and tastes and you have three choices for the main entree and two choices for the dessert (something to die for). And you can have all three choices even two times if you like 😁. I’m not even mentioning a buffet that has veggies fruits local produces cheeses buratta and others that I can’t even have memories of. Conclusion: bio hotel with organic produce’s and quality food, comfort for your body and soul. They have three saunas, yoga classes in the morning, beautiful gym and two swimming pool inside and outside. Staff were very helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in room 215, which is located in the basement. While the location of the room is not ideal, the room itself is very comfortable, spacious, and pleasant. The only downside is that it faces the street, so there can be some traffic noise at times. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was very weak. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are kind and helpful, especially the dinner manager, who stood out with his professionalism and friendly attitude. The food is excellent, both at breakfast and dinner, with high quality and good variety. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Loved our stay here. The ski and book room made it very convenient to store gear and not have to waste time in the mornings. Parking was near by but not on the property. Great location to walk into town.

We were super lucky as we got free lift and swimming pool tickets. Overall really cozy and modern rooms. Parking across the street. Pet friendly place where our dog was really welcomed and staff was amazing/super helpful and kind. Overall, really great place and we will definitely come back.
