everyone in reception was incredibly helpful and kind, the rooms are super comfortable and everything is super close to the hotel.

The room had all necessary facilities & we loved the loft bedroom. A fantastic location close to the gondolas, restaurants & shops.

On a previous visit I had checked out the hotel without staying, so I knew what to expect. The pods are compact but perfectly adequate for budget-conscious travellers, not so dissimilar to a hostel, yet offering more personal space and better-designed common areas.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the village. Noise was never an issue, as the other guests near us respected the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Overall, the concept is excellent and very budget-friendly—we saved around 50% compared to nearby hotels. My partner loved the experience and would happily return. At 67, I found it less comfortable and feel it’s better suited to younger, more flexible travellers.

HI Whistler - Hostel is only a half block away from a Whistler Regional Transit System bus stop making it very easy to commute to either Creekside or Whistler villages and more! The equipment room provides space to let your ski gear dry overnight and a workbench to do any waxing or tuning you may need.

We spent a couple of days in the hotel and were really enjoyed it. Great location - silent, close to nature, 30 mins walking to the city center The room was cozy, clean, with a great view, equipped with everything needed, including tea, coffee. Staff was really helpful

This trip was a very special trip so when making the booking I made a special request, I was pleasantly surprised it was fulfilled and this took our stay to another level! Location is great and the price

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was really clean and quiet. Our family had such a good time there. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

Outdoor hot tubes and pool are great. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Greatest place I have ever stayed.

The property was right across the street from Village. Excellent location. It’s safe and quiet. Maintenance staff were around to help with any questions. They were so kind as to lend us umbrellas to walk into the village when it rained. The units are very well kept. Having a hot tub to yourself is a huge bonus here. The outdoor pool is beautiful and nice in any weather.

Location, size of unit, parking

The property was spacious, clean, and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had a Murphy bed which was comfortable. The ski lifts were very close, just around the corner. We really liked our accommodation. Highly recommend.

Exceptional hotel, I liked everything about it.

The location was beautiful and the design, feel and staff was warm and charming. The views of the lake and mountains was relaxing and peaceful. The Den had delicious food and drinks and very cozy. We will definitely be coming back!!!!
