Very nice and clean hotel with attentive staff and beautiful location. Loved to have the complementary breakfast.

It was like home, bed was comfortable and the room that we stayed in ‘chalet hiver’ was a good size. The breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit juice, home made jam, nice bread and a good coffee. The view from the breakfast room is incredible. Will surely stay here everytime we visit Ovronnaz.

The location is great. The studio is well equipped and comfortable.

The location is phenomenal and the apartment is very efficient and tastefully decorated. We were motorcycling through the Alps with friends and booked at the last minute. We did t really know the area. It turned out to be one of the most amazing parts of our trip. I also loved the video the host shared about how to check in, etc. Written instructions plus seeing and hearing what to do was amazingly helpful.

It has everything. Great communication. Did the laundry for an extra fee as an extra service.

The chalet is very cute and cozy, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space for 4 to 6 people to stay. Very good quality price ratio!

Easy self check-in process, instruction is sent to me via WhatsApp with the code needed to access the locked box right outside the room

Location near ski lift. Kitchenette had all that was needed for making meals.

Brilliant service, worth every penny, every cent. Great location - next to the skilift/rentals. Perfect exquisite breakfast for full ski day+restaurant with Valaisanne&international menu options. Party option during evenings, live events. Ski/snowboard/boots room with heating, everything kept clean, fresh towels/sheets. Additional extra free tea (many choices) good to have in the evening. Possible to park car in long term (in our case - even 8 nights of ski holidays) without extra charge.
