Spotless clean. The house had everything, and I mean really everything you might need during vacation. Beautiful, comfortable chalet. Toys, swing and games for kids and family. The hostess was kind and friendly, open to any questions and help requests. She gave us tips for things to do in the area. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

A perfect retreat! This fabulous little studio had everything we wanted. A nice little kitchenette, a fine little bathroom and a nice little bedroom. All of these were nicely furnished and had everything needed. The outdoor patio has amazing views of the Valais, the surrounding Alps, and on a clear day Mont Blanc. It was dead quiet with the exception of the distant sheep and cows and occasional neighbor walking down the road with their dog. It’s a short walk to a small village market for food, and equally short to get to the many hiking paths nearby. Public transit will drop you off a short walk (5 min?) to the studio. The host, Florence, was beyond gracious and drove us into Sion on our final morning so we could catch the train. Be aware, it is a 20+ min bus ride out of town and uphill to reach Arbaz. This was not a negative for us, but rather precisely what we wanted. A short bus trip still got us into town one day so we could tour the Basilica and some other town highlights.

We had enough space (family of 4) and it’s 8 min drive from the ski resort Anzère. We just eat and slept there :) the rest of our time we spent outside 😄 We used washing machine and the dryer. You have everything you need ( we only missed a ladle for the soups:) haha but we managed. Calin is a wonderful host.

Everything was just perfect! It was super clean and it has everything you may need. The view was spectacular! So good to be true. We cancelled some plans and stayed for one day in the loft instead because the view was perfect

A renovated apartment with a lot of space (2 bedrooms, living room with a couch, a small office/playroom and kitchen). Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine with coffee available. A private parking space in front, Key in a box, so can arrive when you want (within the check-in time).

Large apartment with two bed rooms. The cafe and restaurant had very good options for supper and not expansive. Very good breakfest. Free parking. Very freindly host

Location and staff were great. Friendly and available to help even though it was relatively quite.

Chalet Royal is truly an amazing place with outstanding staff professionalism. Either for ski or leasure purposes, it will stay on my top list.

Ok BFAST, very good location to access the slopes, staff was mostly inexistent throughout the stay yet we had no problems. Bathroom is quite old

Terrific view, modern and cozy but small rooms. Mountain chic furnished bar and lobby. The large outdoor pool was magnificent, but there were too many people there from Dec 29-Jan 05. Sports shop with reasonable price right next door.
