I like very much the bike room where you can lock your bike using room card and only guests have access to it. Restaurant in Penzion Terezka has great food. Stuff is nice and helpful. Thanks to them atmosphere is great!

Everything from the beginning to the end. Amazing people working there to make sure you have the most amazing time. Single parents have the option of babysitting so they can actually enjoy themselves, child having great time with animators who are all amazing.

Clean apartment, quiet atmosphere. The hotel has a storage room for bikes (or skies in the winter). About 5-6 minute car ride to Dolní Morava bike park.

The location cannot be beat - literally a 2 minute walk to the ski lift that takes you to skiing as well as the Sky Walk, Sky Bridge 721, and Mammoth alpine coaster. There is parking reserved for hotel guests, breakfast has a lot of variety, and we ate dinner there one night which was also good and a great value for the area. There is definitely a language barrier but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and patient. We are so grateful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Bring your own shampoo as only bar soap is provided.

Exceptional breakfast delivered to our apartments within the 30 minutes they promised. Garden for my kid to play and for adults to relax. Low-traffic roads around the apartments.

It was okay, we had to leave earlier and host has refunded us 1 night. Maybe we should have contacted host earlier for making heating work

The setup of the apartment was great. 2 separate bedrooms with leaving room/kitchen in the middle of apartment is a perfect setup. It gives intimacy when you want to sleep or read a book and it gives possibility of being together, sharing food, have fun when together in the kitchen 🙂.

Lovely apartment, very well designed and equiped, clean, spacious. Ski gear locker and ski boots drier at disposal. Parking spot next to the main door.
