The staff at this hotel genuinely gave the best service. It was their enthusiasm, their care and friendliness. I did not have any problem here.

Perfect location in the heart of Bagnère de Luchon! Comfortable room with a staff that provides great, personalized service. Convenient and secure parking under the building with direct access to elevator. Restaurant on premises, but we ate out. Truly enjoyed coming back to the comfy room and King-size bed with quality linens!

Cleanliness, WiFi, location, having a microwave, electric kettle and fridge in the room. Also communication before and during my stay was perfect. And there was a storage to keep my road bicycle. I stayed for 6 nights and I don't regret, especially considering how cheap it is.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre of town. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen and the space was beautiful.

Bright, sunny apartment, very warm despite it's being December. Everything was clean and neat, very spacy. Kitchen saved us from lots of trouble with restaurant reservations and was well equipped. Personnel is very supportive (chatgpt did help to talk with them as we don't know French and they are charmingly french).Location is right near the Thermal spa which gave a chance to actually get in there on crowded days. Town is charming, mountain is magnificent and with lots of snow

It's a family-owned, extremely friendly, extremely sweet, cozy hotel. It might not boast keeping up to all the novelties but that allows it to keep its charm and historic atmosphere. Rooms are not huge but quite enough to have a good rest after an active day outside. Location is unbeatable - about 5min from the telecabina and 2min from the main street with all its restaurants, shops and alike. Treatment from the hotel owners is very hearty, open and trustful.

Authentic villa renovated with passion and style. Very amicable host, helpful and competent. Excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and high quality linen. Common area including a kitchen is huge and very welcoming, outside seating is a plus. Good restaurants close by, the host can get you a table, even on a busy night. Finally, secure and free parking. Refreshing to see such a committed family business which was launched just recently.

Booked on arrival to Luchon and were able to access the apartment very soon after. Communication was prompt and very clear. Enjoyed trouble free parking. Purchased a 2 euro "watch" from the tourism office just 50 metres from the the apartment (cardboard time dial which you set and put on your windscreen) which provides 1.5hours of free parking - then move your car and re-set the watch. Parking is free overnight from 6pm until 8am. Linen and after stay cleaning is not included in the booking price (this could have been clearer on booking .com). Thankfully the host was on to it and messaged to advise we could use linen from a cupboard. Cleaning was not difficult as products were provided and fair enough given the reasonable tariff. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay in this apartment.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and maintained. It is set in a huge garden and only 3 streets away from the commercial street with shops and restaurants. Comfortable, light and airy.
