Ski Resorts in La Chapelle-dʼAbondance

Great location away from major crowds, yet 10 minutes away from lifts. We were so glad we didn’t stay in Châtel itself. Staff is amazing and food is fantastic. Spa is proper. Amazing family owned property.

Perfect location for an overnight stop during a bike tour. Clean and comfortable.There is a secured bike storage barn and multiple good restaurants within short walking distance from the Petite Bergerie. The host was friendly and helpful and speaks French and English. Breakfast was good and featured tasty local and homemade products. Our host made eggs to order as well. When we needed to stay an longer because of the weather, it was no problem to extend our stay another night. Great value. I highly recommend.

The restaurant and spa area are really good. They clean apartment everyday. The stuff is very nice, beautiful typical alpine style hotel

The Terra-Beka lodge was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant and chef served great food and the lodge manager and staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend it.

Host made me feel at home immediately. And made a great breakfast at the time I chose. Can't say enough good things about the room and my experience here. Great location for GR5 hikers. Thanks Michel for the fantastic vacation memory.

The dinning room has a nice alpin feel. The owner and personal are nice and helpful.

The apartment is cosy, warm and ideal for two people. The decor is simple but lovely and really liked the layout. Much appreciated the kitchen extras of a weeks supply of cleaning basics, and use of the clothes airer. Very nice private garden area. Brenda and Chris met us with a friendly welcome and offers of help. One of the nicest properties out of many we have stayed in this area.

We liked the proximity to the trailheads. Also, the host is very friendly and has worked hard to renovate the rooms. Parking is convenient.

The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you enjoy your vacation at its fullest. Wonderful staff! Food in the restaurant is excellent.

New and very confortable facilities in the very nice place. Easy to commute to Switzerland using spectacular road with many view points. Many small farmers shops near by. Couple trails starts nearby.

Lovely traditional chalet with amazing owners. Breakfast was a decent spread of eggs, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, bread and juice with freshly made coffee. The ski bus stops out front. Of course it’s not convenient to need the ski bus but it was still a great experience. We walked to/from town each night, about 15 minutes.
