Really great place to stay and welcoming staff. Hotel was really clean and very quaint. Perfect place to stay if you were planning a trip up the mountains . The food was also exceptional!

The hotel has the amenities, as free WiFi, a fitness center, and a spa. The kitchenette had everything you could think of, including a fridge, wine fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink. The location of the hotel is also great. It was close to many restaurants and stores, so we could easily find everything we needed. There were also plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area.

Great selection at breakfast. Great dinners too! This hotel has a wonderful, cozy, Alpine chalet feel and the hosts, Françoise and Olivier, are very involved, charming and helpful. Nice spa facilities. Bus stop for the ski slopes right outside the door. Short walk into town.

Good location, very clean, nice staff. Highly recommend for a good relatively cheap stay.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helped make our stay. The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The adults really enjoyed the bar and restaurant!

Great location, great facilities

Very good facilities, all that you need. Cosy atmosphere, nice touches everywhere. Jacuzzi and Sauna were a good addition after a day of skiing. Location is close to the village and walking distance to the ski lift.

Location: close to cable car (but we were there out of season), easy to drive to nearby villages/trailheads. 10-15 min walk to the town center. Heating was worked really well even out of season.

The hotel staff played a significant role in enhancing our stay. Their willingness to accommodate every one of our requests demonstrated their remarkable dedication to guest satisfaction. We were particularly impressed by their ability to secure restaurant reservations in different areas nearby. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their patience and efforts in managing our requests. If our enthusiasm for making the most of our stay resulted in any inconvenience or noise, we sincerely apologize. It's worth noting that any issue, no matter how minor, was quickly and efficiently resolved, further showcasing the staff's commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for guests. In conclusion, our stay was a testament to the hotel's exceptional standards of service and hospitality. We are grateful for the memories we've created and look forward to returning in the future. A very friendly and flexible host who also spoke English. The location is perfect, close to Samoens village, lift-cabin stations and skibusses. Simple and effective little apartment for a few days, good for the 2 of us.

I loved the place, right on the piste it was an exceptional experience, id have love dot stay longer ! Lovely staff and food in the restaurant. Very cool way to get there on a snow mobile thing, really good service.

We loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. The room was immaculate and so near the ski lifts and ski rental. The breakfast was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms smelled lovely, and they were very clean. Overall, a very positive experience and we will go back for sure.
