The apartment was very nice and the staff very friendly. We loved our stay

We stayed for one night with a couple friends and we were surprised, beautiful house and valley, good location with parking, and for the price it delivers very awesome value: heating, wi-fi, tv, bed sheets, amenities and complimentary toiletries, wardrobe, fridge, electric kettle and coffe machine were super! No problem with check-in or out, would love to come there again!!

It is an older hotel, but in a very charming way, almost like stepping into a time capsule from a few decades ago. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the room was a decent size, and the breakfast was excellent. Silvia, Marcello, and the entire staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and smiling (including Dora, the dog at reception!). Laundry service is available for a small additional charge, which helped us a lot. The hotel’s restaurant also served excellent local food, and I highly recommend having some meals there Although we did not get a balcony room, we had an absolutely incredible view of the Monte Rosa glacier.

We loved our stay here - rooms are large and clean and breakfast was exceptional. Resident dogs were a bonus!

Excellent, spacious room with a kitchen, located in a truly beautiful place — close to the castle, surrounded by mountains, with a river nearby. The birdsong, the silence and peace, the sound of the flowing river, and the cool mountain air created a unique and unforgettable atmosphere during our stay there.

It’s really gorgeous and super convenient to the center of town. There is a beautiful spa which I saw but didn’t have time to use. Next time! My balcony was restful with a nice view. Convenient and free onsite parking. The room was very inviting. Just love this place.

exceptional location, fantastic breakfast

This was our second stay here and everything was great. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, excellent food. The location is amazing right on the slopes by the ski lift. Truly ski in ski out.

Incredible location right across the street from the slopes. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with all information. The room and common areas were extremely clean. There is a little grocery store right underneath hotel as well as several restaurants and bars walking distance. Gorgeous view. Highly reccomend. The breakfast is included and is delicious. It is family owned and I loved how the little kids were often in the lobby while the parents worked. I absolutely loved it.
