Exellent location,hotel,staff,breakfast,parking .

Everything was perfect, the room cozy and fully equipped, with incredible mountain views. The location next to the ski lifts with ski in-out and direct access to the slopes. Has a ski locker to storage your equipment. The pool, the food at the restaurant. The closeness to the village. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.

Denise the manager was just aweskme. Helped us with everything we needed.

We added 4th person last minute. Manager Beatrice made it happen effortlessly despite me booking wrong date. Most gracious host and we were all thrilled with rooms and generous 1st class breakfast. She saved us from driving to a hiking area just closed due to landslide and suggested great alternative trail. Stay at this hotel if you can!

The stuff is really kind. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade and local products. The room was big and clean. The spa is quite new, with all the main services you need. There is a ski room too. They also recommend us restaurants and events to attend during our stay, really appreciated!

Everything was perfect: location - is just few minutes from Madonna. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. Food - delicious (very nice breakfast and you also can have a dinner in the restaurant downstairs). Very authentic place to stay for you visit in Madonna . Totally love it!

I can’t say anything good about the property because we weren’t able to stay there. This is the first time after 10 years of traveling that hotel would behave like this.

Great hotel with great facilities. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Close to slopes and Groste lift. Free parking was big plus.

We liked the friendly and very Italian atmosphere, the lobby and the afternoon aperitivo, the spa, and most of all the staff - Diana, Yuri, Francesco and the team.

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay in Hotel Lorenzetti. The staff were really friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. When we arrived they upgraded us free of charge to a really beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean room. We arrived late and there was a delicious spread left in the room. The food in the hotel is excellent - real fine dining that you don't usually get in a resort hotel. Waiting staff all very efficient and nice. Very good ski storage area with heated lockers. Free shuttle bus to and from the ski area was good. Nice spa area for relaxing and recharging. Really nice touch when leaving the owner Mrs. Lorenzetti thanked us for staying and gave us two delicious cakes each! She spends time talking to the guests and we were really impressed that she took the time every day to come over and have a few words with us. I would love to return to the hotel again and would highly recommend it.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily, which made the stay very comfortable. If your traveling with the kids you can find kids room with a lot of toys appropriate for all ages. One of the best conveniences was the ski shuttle service. The shuttle takes you to and from the hotel on call, and it’s only about 5 minutes away from the gondola, which made getting to the slopes extremely easy. The staff were amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food in the hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, and although eggs are not on the buffet, you can simply order them from the waiter. Dinner was excellent as well, with a menu where you can choose from different starters, main courses, and desserts.

I've had an amazing time at Hotel Cristallo! Wide choice of fresh items available every day for breakfast, comfy and quick in&out storage for skis/snowboards and boots, very central location and 10 min walking distance from the closest cable car. Top level hospitality and friendliness of hotel owners and staff. Definitely a stay that I would repeat.

Hotel Betulla is perfectly located for hiking in Brenta Dolomiti. The staff were kind and helpful suggesting hikes and restaurants- our stay was just before summer season so few businesses were open and the cable cars not operating yet. The breakfast was generous and varied.

Mostly the location and the service was always kind, attentive and all our requests were met promptly, making us feel very welcome.

Good Location, facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel reserved parking on the front with kind of Valet parking service. A shuttle bus on demand brought us to the Cabinovia and back.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is very well located, within minutes walking from everything. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful, always smiling (Silvia, Aurora and others) and trying their best to help. The Owner was present daily and made sure to take time talking to every guest. The room was great, functional and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was plentiful. Regarding extra activities, my daughter felt incredibly at ease in the Kids Park while we enjoyed some much needed resting time at the Spa. Having shuttles take you back and from the different Ski and Shopping locations was also extremely useful. This is what Italian Hospitality is all about.

Good bed! Great breakfast. Spa access downstairs! Great access to the 5 Lakes hiking gondolas. Closer to center of Madonna do Campiglio.

The hotel is great, breakfast is amazing and the staff is the best! Daniel was the nicest person in town, always ready to help. The transportation to and from the lifts was perfect and comfortable. Very glad we booked this hotel, especially for the staff.
