Ski Resorts in Saint-Pierre

Excellent hotel, staff and food..

Maison de la Montagne was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Our hosts, Ilaria and her family, made us feel so welcome and we very much hope to return one day. Our room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The entire B&B was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a style that captures the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed Ilaria's abundant, homemade breakfast every morning. The quaint village of Arvier was fun to explore by foot. Courmayeur/Monte Bianco's Skyway are a 30 min drive; Aosta is 20 min away. Both have an abundance of shops and restaurants, although we enjoyed staying in Arvier for dinner several nights. Several smaller valleys that lead to Gran Paradiso are under 1 hour by car. Ilaria is a native of the area and will give you great advice on where to go and what to do, depending on your interests. We were there to hike, and we will never forget the stunning beauty we discovered in Valle d'Aosta thanks to Ilaria. Car parking is free and very close to the B&B. We highly recommend Maison de la Montagne!

Our family stayed for 3 nights as a base to explore the skiing area, and the hotel proved an excellent place. Foremost, the staff made our stay as it was our family. We enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. The hotel was perfectly clean, as in the pictures. I recommend strongly!

The place is amazing, large room, very clean. The breakfast was great, everything was fresh and very good. Bonny is the best host we met in italy, and we are very greatfull

I genuinely cannot say enough good about Hotel Tivet. The property is stunningly beautiful. The surroundings are incredible and meticulously maintained. Location is perfect for all things Pila. The staff are all kind and accommodating. We will happily stay with them again in the future. I will highly recommend it for all people interested in the Aosta/Pila area in the future.

A nice deal for the price. Large room, efficient staff, and surprisingly good breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it for a honeymoon , but for a solo traveller on a bicycle it was perfect.

The friendly staff is what makes this hotel special in my opinion. The food was also good and easy. It was served buffet style for breakfast and dinner with a set menu. Every room had their own table set up and drinks could be ordered if needed. There was plenty of choices of appetizers and veggies and the staff were really kind and professional. Free hotel parking and ski deposit room were great.

Me and my wife liked the food, the location and the friendly staff. Pila is very nice ski resort. I really enjoyed the stay there.
