Lovely apartment, warm, comfortable, had everything we needed. We were there for skiing and it's well positioned to get to Cervinia (and Zermatt), Valtournanche and Torgnon, so whatever the weather you can get to the best pistes. The hosts are delightful and make you feel really welcome. The view from the chalet across the lake to snow clad forests and peaks is pretty.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave me their own iPhone charger when I needed to. Hotel is quite cheap for anywhere near Cervino. Rooms was decent sized and clean

The property is very well maintained in a great location. We rented a car, but there is a free ski bus and paid local bus around the corner as well. The host Silvia is one of the best hosts. We didn’t meet in person, but it felt like having a friend. She was very considerate and accommodating. She provided quick answers to any questions we had. She alerted us about weather conditions and preparations. Truly the best! We will go back again in the future.

The hostess is knowledgeable of the area and very friendly and helpful. Although the lodge is on the main road through Valtournenche to Cervinia, it is very quiet. The town centre is an easy walk. The Salette gondola is a couple of minutes away by car and Cervinia is about 15 minutes away.

The view of the mountains is spectacular, the flat has enough space, it is clean and with a kitchen well equiped.

I've stayed at Bijou several times and it's consistently amazing. Ivo is a great host and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. Good breakfast and really nice home-cooked dinner for just a moderate extra charge. Great place

Location was perfect. Ski bus right across the street and next to very good pizza place. Apartment was in old authentic houses. In really it is a bit smaller than it looks in photos. It is great for family with 2 kids. We have 3 so the oldest was sleeping on sofa.

The location was great and parking across the street was easy. There were walkable restaurants nearby and others within minutes by car. The advice regarding the ski shop rentals at the lift with storage was great.

It was very convenient in terms of the food and location. The sauna and swimming pool was a great addition to the amazing facilities of this hotel. The attention to detail shows us that this is a family run business with care for each customer.

Beautiful place nicely placed for skiing and also hiking
