The location was very convenient and the view of the mountains from our room was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we showed up. Amazing service and very polite and courteous personnel.

Every thing about this hotel is exactly perfect from the stuff the amazing manager-Maria and all the other. Very close to some great activities and very good restaurants.

Very clean place with a family atmosphere. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, available at all times. Christopher and his mother gave us helpful tips for enjoying good restaurants, ski resorts and places around.

The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our Christmas holiday. We would definitely recommend staying at Mason La Zondra.

Excellent breakfast, nice balcony, excellent view! Black out curtains made it nice and dark, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very quiet!

Very cozy B&B, very quiet despite being right on the main street. The room was cozy, warm and clean. Breakfast was also very nice, and they were very careful and informed about the gluten-free dietary restrictions. They even had a homemade gluten free cake ready at breakfast! Will definitely go back! Thank you :)

The breakfast was excellent, the lady preparing it was super kind, the beds were comfy. Overall this was the cheapest and still the best place we stayed in Italy. Can only recommend

This was great! Central location to everything in town and walking distance away from a gem for dinner Osteria da Carpano. The room had an amazing view and a well equipped kitchenette for the money - and the bathroom was gorgeous! The breakfast in the morning had a decent spread as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area!

The hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to please. Dinner at the hotel was very nice and afternoon tea was a nice surprise.

Exceptional service! Thankfully the staff was patient with our language barriers and provided us with a tremendous stay and great recommendations. My favorite would be the sn-site meals and family atmosphere shared by all the guests. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The Hospitality of Max and Chiara was amazing, such welcoming people that make your stay feel like you are at home, they are at your disposal whenever u need them, amazing and caring people. The facilities were amazing the sauna the pool very clean also the rooms and the cleaning staff were top notch. There was a ski room which I loved where u had your own locker so u could leave your ski or snowboard shoes to dry also a ski service bench with everything that you need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone may they be a couple or a family.

The room was very comfortable and felt really good and natural with all the wood and smell of wood. The bed and the bedsheets slept fantastic. Ana is a fantastic host, she really makes you feel at home and she gives very good massages. She had good tips for nice day hikes into the mountains. Also breakfast was delicious. We had a lot of choice and it was served in the room. And of course we enjoyed the sauna, bath and rain shower. I will definitely come back here some day.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Dinners were amazing, the food very varied with lots of vegetarian options. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Front desk also very helpful.

Very well located to explore the Dolomites. Everything functions well. The staff was very friendly. It was great to have some free hikes organized. The guide Giampaolo was exceptional, always available for suggestions. The food was generally very various and very good. All the restaurant staff was impeccable.

I enjoyed the mountains and snow it’s been about 5 years since I last went snowboarding so it was nice to go again.
