It was clean, food was good, didn't have any issues during my stay. Regarding the location it's a really nice place to stay.

A beautiful hotel that blends traditional charm with modern comforts. The breakfast? Absolutely delicious and varied. It feels like a dream when you wake up in that fairytale setting and open the window to soak in the breathtaking view.

Beautiful small hotel with nice rooms and views. Spa is small but effective and welcome addition to relax after end of your hiking/cycling/whatever day. It is located kind of on one side of the village but still walkable from shops, restaurants etc. Biedronka (groceries) is even right across the street. There's elevator in the hotel which was a blessing since my wife had ankle injury during the trip.

Comfortable and very good facilitated accommodation. Wellness and pool are great. Very close to the shop and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Terma Bania.

The girl at reception was very kind and attentive, the facilities were very clean and the accommodation was very comfortable.

Very convenient for the ski slopes. The staff are amazing and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to help us on departure when there was a mix up with our transfer. She asked a family member to drive us to Krakow and we made our flight with two minutes to spare. So grateful - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The apartment was perfectly clean. Lots of delicious dishes for breakfast. Free weekly party with dinner. Separate storage room for skis. Closeness to the skibus stop.

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day

Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice wellness area upon reservation - good for those who manage to book a slot (which secures the limited number of people using the facility at the same time), but not so nice if there's no slot available.
