Ski Resorts in Lądek-Zdrój

Our stay in this hotel was an interesting experience. The hotel is located in a gorgeous area in the mountains. The hotel itself does not have a view, but it is close to nice little towns with views. The hotel is a late 90s East-European architecture. As it was built, it was a fancy, luxurious resort hotel. Today, it looks rather worn out and a little sad with not that many visitors. Still, staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, it has a garden and tennis courts. We were traveling with GSD, so I was happy to have a garden with a stream to play and cool him down. The breakfast is an Eastern European-style buffet with quite a rich and tasty selection. In a way, this hotel stay is a peek into recent history. Even my spoiled American husband liked the experience.

The owners were awesome and very accommodating and they gave us tips on what to see in town. It was helpful that they spoke English and the breakfast was yummy and there were a lot of fresh and homemade food and we made some of it for lunch.

It was cool and quiet on the hot day we were there, and we had a window right onto the river, so could listen to it trickling all night, which was lovely. Well supplied kitchen. Nice big modern TV, comfortable bed, absolutely squeaky clean, everything new. Jolanta spoke English and was very nice and helpful! Also it was a short walk to many nice sites in this very sweet town. We took a walk by the Arboretum and took a bath at Wojciech, what a beautiful place! Ladek Stroj absolutely worth a visit and this is a great launching spot.

Friendly stuff and small cozy rooms.

Villa Elise is truly spectacular, with its expansive grounds, lush gardens, and inviting pool, as well as its beautifully preserved historic interior. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exude charm. The breakfast, served in the elegant dining room, is both delicious and diverse. What truly sets Villa Elise apart, however, is the exceptionally friendly staff and the owners, Sylvia and Rafa, who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. We regret that scheduling conflicts prevented us from experiencing the renowned dinner at the villa's restaurant, but we look forward to trying it on our next visit. Thank you, Sylvia and Rafa, for making our stay memorable!

The playground and swimming pool were great, our kid really enjoyed them. The activities for kids were also great. Food was also good.
