Brand new, good furniture, mattress, super clean towels. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. It s in city center , just behind the National Congress and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. It s just by the side of Empire Theater and we had the chance to watch a play! They have a nice spa in the last floor and it was nice to relax.

The room was very comfortable; the breakfast was very good and served from 6:30-10:30!!! The hotel is located in Recoleta, walking distance to the beautiful Recoleta park, very nice and safe neighborhood to walk down the cozy streets! The service and attention of the staff was very professional, friendly and dedicated to making our stay a great experience

In a very quiet part of town but still close to everything. We stayed in one of the junior suites and really liked the extra space. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, complimentary breakfast was adequate. All workers were helpful and pleasant.

Practical no-contact checkin. Great location in Palermo Soho. Quiet environment, clean and cozy room with a little desk and basic elements to drink a coffee if you leave early. Pool area seemed nice too.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased with the room upgrade. We absolutely loved our room – it was very clean and spacious. The complimentary treats were also excellent. If I visit Buenos Aires again, I would definitely choose to stay here again and again.
