A very well-maintained resort. Big choice for breakfast, super delicious! Great location in close proximity to the Achen Lake. Many Achensee activities are within walking distance. Complimentary visit to Gramai Alm Alpengenuss & Natur Spa was a pleasant surprise which made our holiday an unforgettable experience!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, amazing views over the lake and the best heated infinity pool ever. The inside area is terrific and the bar / restaurant was also wonderful. Loved the little touches that made this a really great family holiday including the family friendly sauna and games room for kids.

This hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. It’s right next to the lake and had the prettiest view of the lake and mountains. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and the sauna was so relaxing. There is a parking garage which was very convenient and the staff were very kind and welcoming . The hotel is a short drive to multiple ski areas. We cannot recommend staying here enough.

The location, the spa, the views, the reception/ front desk staff, food was good quality, everything was lovely. I’ll definitely be back.

sauna and spa facilities were exceptional.

My mother stayed here while the rest of the family hiked the nearby trail and stayed at a hut. She was very well taken care of and enjoyed the facilities and walking around the area.

This hotel has literally everything! Horse rides, trampolines, multiple pools, playgrounds, paddle boards on the lake, bikes, delicious food and anything else you could/need want for a family vacation. 10/10… we will return!

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa. What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.
